I have a 2020 admiral 29m.it has a residential fridge in it. Do I need to have red disconnect switch on when traveling. Also next to it there is a sine inverter with a plug plugged into it. Does that need to be on when traveling

I have a 2006 HR Ambassador that I put a residential 'fridge in. I never unplug it or turn it off. It runs off the house batteries while I travel and barely uses any battery storage power. I'm not sure how your 2020 is wired but I'd get out the owners manual and read up on it. It's in there. Trust me. My owners manual has really taught me a lot about all my systems on my coach. I couldn't get by without it!
