Tag axle

I need help my tag axle on my 40 foot country coach allure tag axle will not raise wondering if anybody has any information on this thanks advance

Tag axels on the coaches do nor rise like the dump trucks.
Only the air bags deflate to reduce the pressure of the tag tires scraping the pavement at tight turns.
That’s how I understand it, but I could be wrong?

I think some of the earlier high-end coaches, like Country Coach, used a tag that could be raised before passive steer became common.
