On re reading this I see you said "New owner of an old 1990’s rv". What make and model, type of RV? You appear to be trying to live in it without hook ups is that right? Is there a sewer line on the property? No water hook up earthier? Just so you know the chemicals for the black tank break solids down but don't make them go away.
