2004 HR Endeavor, 330 Cumming, 26,000 miles, new tires, mint condition, $34.500.

I can afford to buy it, maintain it, drive it, but I cant afford to store it.

In middle Georgia there should be someplace that would rent you a spot cheap where you could park it. Maybe an old farm?

Wherever you consider storing it, be aware of and prepared to fight the army of rodents.

Also, you may consider aan independent professional inspection and oil analysis, if you haven't already. That has been sitting for a long time.

I have cash on hand and am having a lot of difficulty in finding a RV to buy.

My observations:

1. RVs are selling fast. Ive called on several that have sold within an hour of the ad going online. It is a sellers market for sure.
2. I think dealers are sucking them up when they can get them.
3. If a nice rig at the right price is for sale, it will be gone before I can get to it or get an inspector to it.
4. Most of what I find is out of the local area, that is a disadvantage for me.
5. Many sellers do not respond to inquires. How can they sell it if they will not connect with a buyer?
6. I see many nice rigs with astronomical asking prices. If it hasnt sold in 4-5-6 weeks, maybe the price is to high. Many sellers dont seem to understand that.

It's a sellers market for sure. If you want to buy it you better move quick!

It is nice when you are a seller to not have to finance the buyer by dropping the price below what you owe.

Do you still have? We might be coming to GA to look at another camper on Thursday (from E. TN). Let us know if you still have.

My wife has next week off work. Thats our best window to make an RV purchase before summer.

Im pretty disappointed with the offerings. I prefer an older coach, I think they are better built with higher quality materials.

I found found several for sale, the interiors are beautiful, the exterior is in poor condition or just shot. I take care of my stuff, Ive owned vehicles that are over 20 years old and still look as good as new.

Its beyond me why people let a high value item like a MH sit in the weather and deteriorate. Even some fairly new coaches are just horrible looking.

Hopefully the stars will line up this next week and we will be successful.
