Hey there, just curious what everyone does to keep their house battery maintained and ready for the next trip. Is the best thing to put on a trickle charge? Any recommendations on the best type? Every time we get ready go somewhere I feel like I have to run the engine in order to try and charge the battery before I can start the generator. Thanks in advance for the advice.

It is best for the batteries (lead acid in particular) to stay as fully charged as possible, so if you can leave the RV plugged it, that is best.

The charger should be able to keep them topped up.
