When I purchased my coach in 2021 it was missing the screen for the front door. The dealership got me a new screen and installed it before I picked up the coach. It never seemed to fit just right so I called Tiffin and they shipped me a brand new one, in a crafted wooden container at no charge. In the mean time the DW decided she liked looking out the window with no screen.
Fast forward, I decided to finally install the new screen and found out I am missing one of the retention clips that holds it in place in the upper right hand corner. I called Tiffin parts, waited about 5 minutes then got a live person that ordered the part for me. It was $3.00 and $5.00 for shipping US priority mail. Granted I probably would have gotten the part for free before the acquisition by Thor but they were very friendly and efficient. My coach is out of warranty and I wasn't expecting a free ride, I think I can afford the $8.00 bucks LOL
