I have a 2020 Tiffin Allegro Red 37 PA. We are out on the road pulled into a gas station and the steps were out. Can not get them back in. Luckily we had to go only 5 miles. Checked the on off switch. Looked at wires. What can I do to get them back in

The magnet proximity switch is likely your problem.
That would be the switch and magnet that look like an intruder switch at the door.

Agree with Kevin. We had one fail on our coach. Easy fix. Not familiar with your rig but ours has two one at the door and one one the steps underneath on the steps.

Checked it out the wires looked connected but did not get t any Amp read out. Where would the 12 volt battery be located
