How do I keep the refrig cold and running while driving down the road?

A common method would be a dedicated battery and inverter. I am stating this in the simplest terms, a lot goes into this decision alone.

I would think it is electric (as opposed to propane) and so long as you do not disengage the batteries, it should run without doing anything special unless the Wayfarer is set up that differently from all the others.
