is NIRVC the unmentioned 8th location?

I don’t see NIRVC ever considering selling out any location to Camping World.
Thats not what the article says. It says camping world purchased 7 of the 8.

The 8th location was being sold to another "undisclosed" entity.

Maybe this is how NIRVC comes to Florida?

My guess would be Lazy Days Tampa is there profitable location and they don't want to sell that one. Maybe scale down to their roots? Assuming that was their start?

They are purchasing Lazydays locations not NIRVC
7 Lazy day locations are selling to Camping world.
1 lazy day location is selling to "some one else"---- from the articles above.

  • Lazydays agreed to sell seven dealerships, including real estate where applicable, and issue common stock to certain indirect subsidiaries of Camping World Holdings, Inc. (Camping World) for a combined $65.5 million, subject to conditions.
  • Lazydays agreed to sell one additional dealership asset to a separate buyer for $8 million, subject to conditions.

Tampa is my guess as well. This would not give them Newmar Territory, so there would have to be other negotiations and or deals taking place.

I’m sorry. I didn’t realize that was what you
were referring to. I thought you were saying that Camping world was buying a NIRVC site. I certainly can see NIRVC being interested in a Lazydays location if it was one that is strategically located for NIRVC. Kinda strange that Lazydays would sell off all of those sites that they just acquired not too long ago
