Here is a link to a 1999 Dutch Star Owners Manual...if you don't have it already.
Should be very close to yours. My 2000 is nearly identical to the 99.
In one of the kitchen upper cabinets should be a label names "Motorhome Weight Information"
It gives info about it's weight capacity. It should tow a Wrangler fine, unless you really overload the coach with "stuff"
