As a Park Model RV Manufacturer I'm still not clear about why should people choose a Traditional RV [mod edit: link removed], I know if has easy mobility over a park model which is semi-mobile, but appart from that What do you think can be a major factor to choose a traditional RV.

Exactly that: mobility. I can't take a park model half a dozen different places every summer.

Plus in many cases, states requiring permits to move the park model.

Seems a little confusion here!!!

Park models are not self contained. They do not have fresh, black and gray water tanks. It is usually assumed they are semi permanent and hard hooked to utilities. They are typically a bit wider than a traditional RV too, in some cases that width requires special transportation permits.

RV - has tires - mostly for travel
Park model -small house in a campground.
