We could use some suggestions for planning a trip to GNP from Phoenix in August. 5 hours a day is about right. The RV parks on the west side seem easier to get to. I figure 4 or 5 days to get there. Jayco Pinnacle 36 ft 5th wheel and Ram 3500 Turbo Diesel. Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks,
baseballgb

For your destination, the closest and nicest park to West Glacier is the West Glacier KOA. They book out quite far in advance.

If you lose out on them, there's a KOA in Polson, which is 45 minutes south.

We like Grizzly Rv Park in West Yellowstone. I request a spot in the back bordering the forest. They also book out in advance. Judy D
