TSD/EFS App not working

Today the EFS app stopped working. I was attempting to use the price locator feature to find stations and prices along our route. I get several different error messages including…

Your account has been suspended.
Please call customer service at
888-824-7378

I called and the support person assured me nothing wrong with my account…must be the app. She said mine was the second call she’d had.

anyone else having problems?

Just checked - Both the EFS Card Control app and the TSD Open Roads app are working, no errors.

In the EFS Card Control app I am able to use the price locator function and put in my destination to see all the prices along the route.
