TV accessibility question

We just purchased a 2025 Durango Gold 5th wheel. I was setting up our TVs tonight with wifi and I found I cannot access the back of the large TV in the mainlining area. There is 2 small chains under either side of TV and I pulled the chains, thinking it would allow me to move TV out a bit to access back of it and plug in a HDMI cable, but no such luck. Any ideas what I need to do or what I'm doing wrong? There is a setting on the TV for an HDMI connection, but I can't seem to find how to access it. Thanks,.

Usually if you pull the chains, or straps in my case at the same time you pull the bottom of the TV out an inch or so then lift the TV off the brackets.
