We have a new motorhome with a Winegard. It has an antenna booster. However we are having trouble finding rv campsites with cable. It also seems their WiFi at the parks isn’t very strong at all. A little frustrating. Any helpful advice? We deeply appreciate WiFi and tv.

Our experience with RV park cable TV has been pretty dismal. At best, it consists of a few analog TV stations; at worst, it is nonexistent. That's why we use satellite with Dish Network. As long as you can get an open shot to the right part of the sky, it works fine. You can even use a small portable, dome-style dish antenna rather than the larger, roof-mounted type.

WiFi is also a hit-and-miss proposition in our experience, but not as bad as cable TV. There are WiFi signal boosters available that can help a lot. We have one built into our coach, but they can also be added after-market. It does take a little IT knowledge to get the best ones up-and-running, but once that has been done there shouldn't be. Lot of maintenance. There are a few people on RVF that are pretty knowledgeble about that stuff and will probably be along to offer their input.
