My 2022 Wildcat came with a “bow-tie” TV mount in the bedroom. My TV has the standard M8 threaded screw holes in the back. The holes on the bow-tie are smaller and the screws won’t go through it. Any suggestions?

Drill them out so the screws go through (?). Unless I'm missing something you can drill the bracket since the threaded holes are on the TV. Good luck

Thought about drilling. The edges on the mount are very thin. Afraid it might crack or weaken the mount.

I would think all you need to drill out is mere mm's of material (barely make the hole a itty bitty bigger 😊) Shouldn't affect the integrity of the mount IMHO. Seriously...I'd say increase size by 1/16 (or even 1/32) until the screw finally goes through...that's all you need. Good luck

Another option would be to get a piece of 3/16" aluminum plate and fab a mounting plate so that you wouldn't have to drill out any holes or weaken the mount.
