My dealer is offering a tyre Sealant and guarantees that I will not have a flat on my RV for five years. Is it worth buying that insurance for 782 $ ?

We pulled travel trailers for 30 years and had one flat in all that time. If your travel trailer doesn't have a spare, spend a fraction of the $782 the dealer wants for sealant and buy one, along with a lug wrench and hydraulic bottle jack. There is no sealant I know of that will fix a large puncture or blowout. And, if there was, you would be traveling unsafely on a damaged tire!

From my perspective, the dealer is just padding his profit.

@TJ&LadyDi dido on that. Tire people hate that stuff. Not that it gives them less work but because it is a pain cleaning up the stuff.

NO. I am a dealer victim, I paid $850 for tire replacement coverage. It's stupid, likelihood of occurring is rare, the other issue is that a replacement tire costs less than this insurance. Yes, I am stupid, don't fall for any of these dealer warranties. Get the keys and put them in the rear view mirror and get any warranty items you want after market, most in the RV world choose self insuring.
