Looking to see if anyone has experience repairing the skin on a cargo door. Drove off with the power cord still connected. In a dreaded rush and disregareded our normally faithful departure checklist Minor damage (thankfully) to the bottom of the cargo door. Bent out where the cord pulled. Cannot fully bend it back. Has anyone removed the metal skin from the door frame? Not sure if that's possible. Looks to be attached with some sort of adhesive or tape.

Thanks all, appreciate any help.

The fix may be an upgrade. Consider getting Summit Stainless trim for the bottom of the door. I had a damaged door from road debris from my first trip out in my brand new coach. I always wanted summit stainless but didn't know it was available for my coach. So instead of the money going to a repair, I put it towards the summit stainless which went over the damage. Maybe you can do the same. Newmar installed my summit stainless and masked the damage in the process.
