OK Preface I know enough about electronics, WIFI, Tablets and such to get me in trouble and rarely do I know enough to get out of said trouble. With that, I am in the process of updating the WIFI in the bus with a Pepwave Max BR1 and an Panorama 5x1 external antenna. My question is in the KA the silver-leaf and the entertainment all run off of a Sony tablet. When I upgrade equipment can the silver-leaf and entertainment be moved over and operated through the new system or will i still need to maintain the old WIFI connections for the tablet to operate.

I know little about the KA or Silverleaf. But I’ve got a fair amount of experience with iPads and I can’t imagine that you will have much problem reconnecting your KA’s iPad to the new WiFi source. There should also be a procedure for the WiFi side of the Silverleaf. Give those folks a call and they can probably advise.
