Noticed the coolant level is low? Checked oil, no coolant contamination, no major leaks. is this typical??

I suggest, if you take it for service as you're under warranty, go to a Cummins service facility, not Spartan.

I've heard of cases where the coolant tank (overflow) is cracked. Yours is too early for that I would think but it's a potential source for leaks.

My sample size is 1. I've never had to add coolant. However, I don't know if FL is doing anything during annual visits but I've never seen the need.

Coolant leaks in Cummins engines, without evidence of external leakage, is often associated with an internal leak in the EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) system. These can be very hard to find. Been there.

found at least one leak. yikes

I was going to suggest the oasis. Mine leaked there too. It was even worse once I opened it and found several more connections that where very loose.

Think I found issue, hopefully mess has not migrated to the interior.

How is engine coolant loss related to your OASIS if that's what I'm looking at? Also, that is one messed up fitting when compared to the others.

Doesn't OASIS use the hydronic heating fluid vs engine coolant?

That was my recollection. Two different loops.

I traced my coolant leak to this spot as well. No idea why they put a fitting here instead of just running hose all the way or a clamped coupling. This was a SOB to get tight enough to not leak.

The oasis uses a 3 layer flat plate heat exchanger (HX). There are several sets of the 3 layers stacked (6 if I recall correctly) . The HX contains independent passsages for engine coolant, Oasis fluid, and domestic water. If driving in the winter and you turn on the oasis burner, the engine will furnish most/all the heat via the engine coolant running through the HX and heat transferring to the oasis fluid across the plates. If you install an optional pump, you can have engine preheat from the oasis via the same but reversed process.

I have an issue where potable water is leaking into the Oasis thermal fluid, causing the overflow tank to vent liquid. I first noticed this when dry camping and heard the water pump cycle about every 10 minutes. Checking for leaks, the only place I could find a leak was at the Oasis overflow tank.

Most likely a defective HX in your Oasis. I assume you could replace only the HX. Brazed plate HXs sometimes fail this way.
