Value of a used travel trailer from a dealer

Hello,
I'm new to this forum and I'm looking to join the RV community. I'm trying to find the value of a 2021 Northwood Nash 24M online and I'm having no luck. I live in California and a dealer 75 miles from me has one listed for $29,995.00. I'd like to go there knowing if this is a fair price. The condition of the Nash looks good from the pictures shown online, but I won't be able to tell for sure until I see it up close. Any help to push me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Good afternoon,
Quick NADA look shows the Used Retail at $22,250. Things like "condition" does not really come into play with book value. This value also includes the basic items like an awning and all the kitchen equipment.

The NADA (JD Power) link we have also includes a "wholesale / trade-in value". We just don't like to share that portion of the numbers. Here is the link from the public NADA (JD Power site). It matches right up with the one we use BUT does not have the wholesale values.

As an additional bit of info - the Suggested List Price is what MSRP was when new.
