I have a 2019 Keystone Alpine 3701FL. Under all 5 slides the vinyl/plastic sheet is cracking up. I am looking for ideas on how to either repair or replace with something that will not gum up the rollers.

That looks to be torn up by something while being operated, I would make sure they are deploying properly before fixing.
