Visio TV won't periodically turn on

2019 Newmar Bay Star 3414. This TV is on a "televator". We cannot get to the back of it to find the model number, and the prior owners didn't provide a manual for either of the TV's. We couldn't get to the plugs in the back behind the fireplace. So we busted out a back wall of a tiny cupboard.

Why? I read a reset option for this issue. Unplug the unit, then immediately hold the power button for 30 seconds, then replug it back in after a full 60 sec. Worked enough last nite for us to play a DVD movie. Today, no TV. Its been doing this for our full two days.

Hubs wants to run out and buy a new tv. I'm for fixing what is here.

The model of the TV should be in the on screen menu which is typically in the support section, etc.

If you need to power cycle the TV and can't access the plug, you could turn the inverter off and then turn it on again after whatever period of time you need. A minute should be all that's needed, not 60 minutes. You just need to power cycle it. If it has an Internet connection feature, connect it to your Wi-Fi and make sure the firmware is up to date.

I'm with your Hub, these TV's are mostly 5 or 6 year rentals and done, plus he'll need a new Milwaukee screw gun, extra battery and charger, a table saw or a hand held orbital buffer.
