I’m looking at purchasing a 32 foot Class A with a gas 454 Vortec 290 HP engine I will be towing a sienna mini van with some cargo inside On a U-haul transport. I’ve towed one before with a Cummins Pusher turbo diesel with Allison transmission, really smooth but I don’t know what to expect with 454, probably will be slower and less powerful, but will I be able to tow the auto carrier with it? Thanks

The answer is yes if you don't load over gcvw. It is always best to stay away from gcvw by 20 % but even if you don't and are at gcvw You can do it. Keep an eye on temps and stay at the lower side of the speed limit and you will make a safe trip, even if you have to make cool down stops along the way. Of course my disclaimer is My advice only applies if your rig is well kept.

Thanks for the advice I will take into strong consideration.
