Water heater issues

[27 south bbq]

I have a polimino solaire with a suburban SW6DE water heater. When i turn it on it ignites runs fine for 5-7 mins. It then shuts off and will not come back on unless i turn it off for a little while and then turn it back on. Ido not get any hot water. Any suggestions?????

It sounds like the thermostat is defective and opening up at a low temp. The device is behind the square black thing with circles on it. You push them in to reset the thermostat. Another problem could be the flame sense circuit on the board is defective and is loosing its "sense" after running awhile. Tough to troubleshoot from a distance. Low gas pressure could be at play as well.
