SO my 2021 V27 has an electric water heater switch under sink, however where is the water heater? I have looked all over the propane unit for an element but cannot find anything, we have a sulfar smell that i am chasing that is only preent with hot water, I have been told to check element since the dometic unit does not have an anode??
Please help.

You are correct. The smell is associated with galvanic corrosion.

So My question is what is meant by aluminum-clad?

so my understanding is that the suburban style water heater uses an anode since they use a steel tank but my Doemetic unit is an Aluminum tank and does not have the Anode so what is cause of the smell? is it the heating element.

My red flag is the statement "aluminum-clad", While not stating aluminum.

I can be wrong, but, to me that is like passing a steel pan with a thin layer of copper over the surface as copper cookware. Maybe like passing a modern penny off as copper.

What your problem is I can't speculate. I can only tell you where My mind wandered.

you should have a cover on the outside of the camper near where the sink is. that is where I think you can drain and flush your tank
