Question Water inlet for flushing black water blocked..

Attempting to flush black tank and valve appears blocked....is there a easy solution to open this valve?

Easy fix. On my 2018 Red you remove the fixed panel on the passengers side with the water filler. No fuss flush is on top of the black tank 1 foot in. Remove the 3 screws and lift it out. I opened the holes up to 1/8" and no longer does it plug up.
