Hello, have a 26ft travel trailer. Should water pressure stay consistent without pump on and not on city (hold pressure)?
I am losing 2 psi a day with system idol. That is at 52 psi day one, 50 psi day two, 48 psi day 3, ect..
I just put in new pump, small expansion tank, pressure gauge and toilet with pex but all connections feels dry. Just wondering if this is acceptable pressure loss or should i look into this further? Thanks!

So you want to turn off the pump and have the pressure hold completely? The check valves in these cheap pumps may not facilitate that. You can add a second check valve inline either before the pump or after the pump. They come with male and female sides to get the flow right(direction). I would do a thorough check of all fittings and not worry about the loss.
