Water seeping up through floor tile when slide is pulled in?

We recently purchased a 2008 Country Coach Intrigue and when we bring the slide in on the passenger side and put it back out we noticed water seeping up through the floor tiles, directly in front of the where the stove top is located. Anyone ever experienced this problem?

How could water be forced up through the tiles? Maybe there is water trapped in the slide itself and leaks with every extend/retract?

We have had times when after a rain we bring in our full wall slide that water will run in to the coach. We have a method where prior to bringing the slide in we tilt the rig so the water will run off before we bring in the slide. this works good for us.
