WOW!!

It really gives me hope in commercial services when you meet someone as responsible, reliable, and professional as Matt Moore, of Bob Moses Ceramic Coating Vegas!

We just got our rig back from their Las Vegas location and I'm so incredibly impressed with everything about them and their company. I've spent years, pondering, researching, and evaluating the ceramic process in general, looking for the right fit.

Matt Moses started BMCC and has grown to 10 locations, and they all use SENSHA; a world-class ceramic product made in Japan. Call them for a quote; I guarantee you won't find anyone better to do the job! But, plan ahead, because a lot of others have found them and they're booked out pretty far.

I produced a video to document the experience, as well as promote them; Matt and his family deserve every bit of referrals I can send their way.

Anyone do this on the east side of the country?

They have a shop in Red Bay, AL.

Check with their main website for the exact locations:

What was the cost?
What I paid then…over two years ago…is outdated. It also varies upon your coach and length.

I can say, however, that i just spoke to Matt on 10/13/25, and he is charging $7200 for Newell’s since they are a lot more intensive and require another complete day of work.

Other facilities, e.g. Austin, prices vary depending on their costs.

Mine was done at their Red Bay operation a year ago. It was $150 per foot.

How often do you have to refresh it?

You don't!
Haven't even touched mine other than washing.
They'll provide a detail spray, made by Sensha, which has a ceramic base to it. However, they've found that their glass cleaner works very well and is more user-friendly. The problem with the ceramic detail spray is that people don't understand how to use it. And, since it will stiffen the fibers of a micro-fiber towel, they suggest using only one section of the towel at a time and never using it again. Most people brain-fade on that part, and run into issues.

That said, BMCC always wants you to come back on your yearly anniversary so they can examine your coating to see if it needs any attention. With fiberglass boats, bodies, caps, cowls, etc. they really want to stay on those every year. On fully premium painted coaches such as a Newell, however, they've yet to see any issues whatsoever.

We are very pleased with how our coaches finish took to the Ceramic Coating process. It's a bit over 10 years old. We decided, if we want to protect it from the Florida Sun and keep it looking good for another 10 years, we might as well give Bob Moses' product a try. We went to the Red Bay location in Belmont, MS. We arrived on Sunday, and were met by the owner... She got us situated with a power hookup in one of the Hanger Bays, where we are welcomed to spend the night in our coach. Monday, the crew hit it with the polishing process to remove fine scratches and oxidation on the paint, to prepare it for the ceramic coating. Tuesday, they use a decontamination fluid to wipe away any residue or dust from the surface, to make it pristine before applying the ceramic. Then the ceramic goes on, and they wipe it with a clean microfiber...after which you need to let it cure. There is a prescribed time to allow it to cure, and not get wet for a period of time. We are staying in the hanger Wednesday, to allow it to cure, and set out on our way Thursday.

I wax our coach every year, and have been pleased with the outcome...but much to my surprise...this finish POPS. It rivals the finish coming out of the factory when new. Reflects light like no tomorrow. It's almost impossible to see the coach, unless you look at it from an angle where there isn't reflected light. Otherwise, it looks like the reflection, more than the coach. Very pleased with the work they do here. And no more waxing. We just use a pressure washer, foam cannon on the soap, brief wipe with lambswool, and rinse. No more spending hours waxing and polishing. Main benefit being not having to climb up and down ladders for days.

We can come back annually, if we wish...and the 8 yr guarantee is good for any touchups that they find it might need. It will not cover coating any future collision repairs, etc... but they mean it when they say they're there for you. We will likely try to pass by every couple of years, to see if they find anything. They did a fifth wheel and truck this morning, stopping by for a checkup.

We'll get acquainted with the Ceramic System products and maintenance tomorrow. Although, speaking to a lot of the techs...we have a pretty good idea already.

Great experience. Will update after we see how the future washings go. I'm hoping it is as easy as everyone else has said.

You had to do this? You do realize the ramifications and what financial distress you may put others in, particularly the author of this post? Why? Please, why?

Edit: will they clean the bugs off? Mine is very dirty. You know, just wondering.

Looks amazing @Chuggs. Envious!

I know. If you have already made a great investment in ladders, orbital polishers, wax products...AND most importantly, can nimbly run up and down the ladders for days without threat of falling off and breaking something. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! That's part of it...but I"m LAZY!!!! too.

Funny you should ask. I have been pretty good about taking out the Gen Bay hose, and cleaning the bugs off the front after a drive. I was doing that in the Gravel Parking lot when Stephanie arrived to get us settled in. She said..."You know you don't have to do that... Our guys are gonna clean it up tomorrow before they do the Ceramic Coating"..

I didn't do that great a job. They cleaned and sealed everything. I'm talking windshield, Stainless Accents, Diamond Shield (no compounding), Mirrors... Dang... I'm trying to ween myself off going on walks around the coach...to admire how well polished it is. Got the pine straw out of the topper housings, cleaned the wheels, rear stainless, all the windows...and of course the main course...all the painted surfaces. Opps...sorry. Gotta run do another trip around the coach, to admire. :)
