Wow now I know where Jim gets all his money from. Ever since he opened up the camp ground, he is LOADED...!!!!

Jim may need to revisit his idea of building another park, of course, Trish will probably hurt him but he'll heal.

Looks wonderful until you walk in their shoes.

My cousin built a campground from a field and it's now a highly rated Jellystone campground. He's done very well for himself. BUT....

The 24/7 mostly 365 days grind has begun to wear him down. I say mostly 365 because even in the off season, there is a large list of upgrades and repairs needed. Worst are the unreasonable, down right mean customers that he has to put up with daily in season.

The place is for sale. He's ready to retire.

Having been a Camp Host I can relate to the very few customers that weren't "happy campers". They were enough to put us off of hosting again.

Safe travels

That is awesome, love to hear stories like this. I was a little surprised to find out that the goal of owning one of these was to actually MAKE money? WTH, I missed that part completely! :)
