SERIOUSLY!?? Nah….
They call him Tony 'The Wand' Mancini. He don’t show up on the employee roster, but everyone at Newmar knows, if your rig disappears for a few hours, this is what expect when it returns. No eye contact, no questions, just leave cannoli and a service ticket.Who, EXACTLY was your tech? I’m asking for him next time I’m at the mothership!
I met Tony at the Newmar Service Center. I just turned and there he was, standing there in a track suit that had seen better days, holding a pastry box in one hand and what looked suspiciously like a Newmar part that hadn’t been manufactured since the Reagan administration in the other.Congrats, @Jim When did that happen?
Thank you, Neal.Congrats @Jim
That is more coaches, since I have been on this forum than, pairs of shoes that I have purchased in that time period.I’ve had this coach for about three weeks, but enough people have asked if I really did get a new one that I figured I’d better confirm it. Yes, I did.
I was up in Nappanee for repairs on my London Aire, and after seeing enough new (and newer) rigs rolling around, the temptation finally got to me. And when @GlampDaddy mentioned that Steve Showalter (Showalter's RV Sales) was selling his, I went to take a look. A few days later, I was driving home in a 2020 Newmar Essex 4543.
Kind of an impulse buy, if you will. Like seeing that candy bar as you're checking out at the grocery store!
