Heading to Florida in January and we need a decent place to stay for one night hopefully close to Interstate 10 east of Pensacola to East of Tallahassee. Easy in and out as we need to leave early in the am. I have tried Harvest Host, Boondockers, Overnight RV Parking, RV Trip Wizard (campgrounds did not get really great ratings), and not really finding many options. Any gems out there that you can recommend?

@sheridany ... We travel that route often and usually stay here which is just east of Tallahassee. Easy in and out for an overnight stay.

Harvest Host’s Tallahassee Automobile Museum is a great stop. Lots of room and the museum was great. Here’s a few teasers.

Has anyone been here? We decided to limit our travel time to 6 hours a day. We do not want to navigate into a park in the dark, as others have reiterated many times.

By the way @ARD that batmobile would be pretty cool going down the road behind the LADP.

It's a few miles off the Interstate but we generally stay at Twin Lakes Camp Resort in DeFuniak Springs. If you can get sites T1 or T2 then exit in the AM is really easy although all the pull throughs we've been in have worked well.
