Question What is the 3 position Dial under the rear bed of my 04 Discovery 39S?

Does anyone know what the 3 position dial is under the rear bed of my 04 Discovery 39S. Wires run to the engine somewhere?

Could be a battery switch, or a lot of other things. Without pics, it’s just a guess. If you can’t post pics here are some questions:

Is it a dial or a rotary switch?
Big wires or little wires?
Number and color of wires?
Any markings on it? Part number or brand?
Cole Hersee for instance?
Size of the “dial”?

3 position dial markings are 0, 1, 2. Wires run back to engine compartment. Doesn't look factory at all. Don't know what it does?

Does the bed tilt?

Any lights associated with the bed/area such as for reading?

The 07 Discovery I’m about to purchase has the same dial on the wall in the bedroom. I’ve turned, flicked and twisted every switch I’ve found while looking at the coach. That switch in the 07 is a dimmer switch that controls several recessed lights around the bed in the ceiling.
