Looking at places to live in South Carolina many have the HOA that does not allow you to keep a RV on your property, which is where I keep mine now.
I looked at storage facilities in the area and its runs from 150 to 250 a month for a covered spot.
Not a big drain on the wallet, but my question to those that use a storage lot, is it a hassle to get your rig ready, etc, return it, etc?
I keep mine plugged in 24/7-365 now, and visit it just to make sure no vermin, leaks, or...... and I like that.
So, I guess my question is how much of a hassle is it?
Just wondering if I should look more for a set up like I have now, which we use our trailer at least once a month March thru October.....

Thank you!

We are like you. Rv is parked in the backyard plugged in 24/7. Once you experience this situation I don’t think you will ever want to leave it. I know I wouldn’t. Just the ease of doing minor maintenance/additions and the ease of getting her ready for a trip make home storage a game changer for me.
Nope, wouldn’t think of changing that scenario.
