Where does this go ?

I have an entegra anthem 2019. In the 2nd compartment on the passengers side
The first one with a pull out tray. There are 4 plugs going into the ceiling
I probably messed one of them up
Can anyone tell me what those 4 plugs are for ? This way I can see if the item still works

My guess is some audio/visual equipment. What's above that area? TV?

I unplugged it in case the pushing the tip of the USB back into the end of the cord worked. Then tested the 3 outlets, the Bose speakers on that wall. The shades on that wall. The under cabinet lights and all the lights. Everything works, with the cord not plugged in. Checked the TV and all the components from across to the drivers side. Everything works
