New to forum. Finding it difficult to get good reliable service. Have a 2008 Phaeton and find most dealers love selling the new ones but don’t seem to care about service. Had a particularly bad experience recently with General RV Ocala Fl. Does anyone know of a Tiffin Dealership where they would recommend service in Florida or even Georgia. We generally are satisfied with Freightliner and Cummins but when it’s not a chassis or engine problem what do you do? captdanmj

Try to befriend a good mobile tech. I look for good ones everywhere I go - just in case.
Rvservicereviews.com. I wish more people would use this.

We have found that depending what you need we have many specific techs to choose from for service. Interior work Classic Coach Works in Ormond Beach. Chassis, in your case you have that solved, Tires we use Glenn's Tire in Melbourne, etc.
