On the other hand they may just be doing the math. Bowlus for example shipped 40% fewer floors last year as in 2020 but shipped and sold every floor they were capable of manufacturing. It's a matter of scale. Rivian is the top selling truck in its class ( ICE and EV) in the US, because it's not trying to compete outside it's weight. They're competing in the $90,000 truck market. That market is also less likely to be dissuaded by the expiration of the EV tax credit. The calculation for these parks may be they're competing for a set of RV'ers with different priorities. I don't imagine the current economic zeit geist is good for RV parks regardless. RV's aren't exactly flying out of dealer inventory.
