WI to Portland Oct 9th 2023

Hi all, has anyone taken I 80 to I 84 in Utah to Portland 2nd week of October? I am concerned about driving conditions during that time, I would be pulling a 41ft Jayco pinnacle 36FBTS 5th wheel
Otherwise I will have to take a much longer southern route through flagstaff Arizona and up through CA. Any info would be welcome. Thank you
