My emergency exit window disconnected having difficulty putting it back together, any suggestions? Horizontal hinge in glass to glass window

Disconnected how? Can you post a picture? Is it possible to have someone on the outside with you on the inside?

Thank you for the reply, we attempted to re-seat it when we discovered it but couldn’t get it to work. I removed two set screws on the inside of the window frame hoping I would be able to slide it in and get it to reconnect but was unable to. I’ll try to get a picture to you and yes I do have a helper.
