I am confused. The Trico website indicates he needs the Trico RV 67-324 wipers, which is about double the price.

I know these are supposed to be universal but has anyone verified that these are plug and play on a Newmar? If so that’s a great option.

they were not plug and play on my King Aire. I ended up ordering them from AM Equipment

@BigFunBus are you modifying the 18-320 series wipers to be compatible with the 67-324 series that actually are?

i am curious because at half the price, if there is a way to make those 18-320 wipers compatible I think we’d all all like to know what that workflow looks like.

Is the wiper blade in question a J-hook or bolt-through version? It definitely matters which style you are looking for. In looking on ComNet2 (Newmar’s online order site), I find 32” wiper blades ranging in price from $24.11 to $141.91, depending on mount style and other details.

We’ve used Trico 67-series wipers on both of our Newmars (2014 Ventana LE and 2018 Mountain Aire) with great success. And, the price was nowhere near $140+ each. BTW, both were 36“ blades, not 32” versions.

Newmar Parts just made me spew coffee across the dinette with their price for a single wiper blade refill. $141.00 EACH...ouch! Any suggestions for what I need to order? 2017 Mountain Aire with 32” blades.
On the road in NC and bought new wiper blades for our Newmar Baystar Sport. $100 for the pair. My husband said he's seen them on line for cheaper, but we needed them when we needed them.

Many thanks to the forum members who jumped in on today’s great wiper blade challenge. I believe we have thoroughly investigated the issue, and here are the results.
  • Per Newmar, NIRVC and two online search tools, my wipers are J-hook 32-inch, either beam or beamless
  • The suggested Trico 18-320 blades are for bolt attachment and not interchangeable
  • Newmar’s price of $141.90 is accurate. A check with NIRVC Atlanta confirmed that
  • Trico’s website specifies their #67-324. I ordered a pair from Amazon for $31.09 each
  • AM Equipment price for same unit is $55.16 each
  • Imperial Supply website specifies their HD74 series for $20.92 each + $15 shipping. I ordered a back-up set from them
  • NIRVC Atlanta offered two option, beam or beamless. Beam version is $42.22, beamless is $141.00.
Thanks again to everyone who contributed!

Measure the blade, go to Costco, they have a huge Michelin display of blades they want to sell. About 15.00 each, maybe cheaper. But like said measure the blade, so you know the length in inches. Measure both of them, they may not be the same length.

And although I have not looked at mine, now you have me curious. I think going to MH tomorrow to run genset charge batteries, will see what can be seen then. I will take picture and post it here. That is no guarantee that other models don't have different types of arms and blades.

In case anyone can use smaller blades. Here are two pictures from the Michelin Display at Costco, this is pretty much standard across nation in USA. See this same display in every store. I have not measured mine, and have not ordered any. I keep the front of the MH under almost total cover so sun does not bleach paint nor eat up wiper blades.
