Resolved 2021 Nexus Wraith 35W bunks USB connection is dead.

My 2021 wraith 35W has two USB connections in each of the stacked bunk beds and they have no power. Does anybody have an idea how to fix this. I just acquired this coach and don't know if they've ever worked.

It could be as simple as a 12v fuse.

The other USB outlets under the master bed and elsewhere only power up when you have the generator on or you are plugged into 120 volts. Do you think it's still a 12 volt fuse knowing this?

The reason I assumed a 12v circuit is most such circuitry uses 9 to 30 v power to step down to 5v. I think it would be good to check the fuses, that is where I would start,before I got serious.

Problem solved. Boise Nexus Dealer service was very well aware of this issue. The wiring to the USB connections where wired wrong. The +/- wires were reversed. AND OF COURSE NEXUS WILL NOT COVER THIS UNDER WARRANTY. I AM THE SECOND OWNER AND IT IS A 2021.
