I’ve done some of this. Depending on initial purchase and what needs to be done you can make money at it. I’ve done two that made me money, but I bought dirt cheap and did not go overboard with repairs. There are a couple of threads on what I did. I just made sure the “bones” of the rv/trailer were good.
