2006 Newmar Mountain Aire 4304

Settling down about 30 minutes from the coast. Bought a boat and plan to spend more time with hobbies, boating and fishing. Our Mountain Aire has been a great lady and we regret selling, but we both agree, it's time. Put new tires on her in 2022, as well as a complete tune up, oil changes, filters, generator, new slide toppers and powered awning w/wind sensor 08/2023, etc. Will include many extras like a On-The-Go double water softener, macerator pump, multiple sewer fittings & 3 dump hoses and much more. If interested, I will also sell my 2018 Chevy Silverado 4x4 with tow bar and all fittings. I'm asking $95,000 for the Motorhome and $35,000 for the truck.
