Coach has been garage stored at our house (Fort Myers, FL) when not in use, has never been smoked in or had pets in it. Beyond the standard features, several upgrades were ordered from the factory, and then more upgrades have been added by the owner (FLSteve on forums). This coach was featured on the Newmar website for most of 2020 in a marketing video (link attached below). Currently has 24,991 miles, 550 engine hours and 109 generator hours.
