2021 Keystone Outback Ultra Lite 302UBH

Very lightly used 302UBH looking for a good home. 30' camper box, 35' front of tongue to rear bumper, 7,000 lb dry weight, 9,500 GVWR, aluminum framing, fiberglass sidewalls. Purchased in May of 2021, we found that the camper, while beautiful, comfortable and plush, is too much camper for our little family. We came from a small truck camper and we found that we miss the closeness of the small quarters in the truck camper. The 302UBH has so much storage that we didn't use most of it. The rear bunk house is enormous, big enough to sleep 2-3 kids and all of their stuff. All the bunk house did for our one child is give them way too many cabinets and drawers to fill with stuff that they didn't use. The front queen bed has two access doors, one from the living room and one through the bathroom. There is storage under the queen bed, however they have ever so nicely called it a "pet kennel" with a kennel door. To be honest, I'm not sure a cat would really be comfortable in it, but again, another space for storage that we never put anything in. Hamper access from the bedroom into the front pass-through compartment (super handy!) The fridge is a compressor fridge that gets cold within in hours of being turned on, making those last minute trips very easy! This unit does have an oven, microwave and wine cabinet. This unit also comes with the recliner option instead of the couch, and the electric fireplace is the perfect place to kick your feet up on cool mornings and watch TV while the sun comes up. Bowed roof so plenty of height for those with tall people in the family and walkable roof. The outdoor kitchen comes with a 2 burner cook top with quick connect to propane, small fridge, storage and small counter top. 20' power awning over the outdoor kitchen and the back storage is plenty big enough to store regulation size corn hole boards. Two 30 lb propane tanks, Zamp solar ready, wi-fi ready, 60 gallon fresh water tank, 60 gallon gray water tank, 30 gallon black water tank with black tank flush valve. Ducted AC with quick dump venting, arctic barrier package to keep the underbelly warm in those cold temps. We've worked the bugs out for you so you can get in it and go and enjoy the season. This comes with a King Bird RV cover with wheel covers that were used this winter. If you are in need of a weight distribution hitch, we may be able to make a deal with that as well.
