wanted a long term rental, no travel, light duty, large deposit possible

I'm building a house in a remote location and need a travel trailer or similar to crash in when I'm too tired to travel the hour to my current home. Only requirement is a toilet and a sleeping situation. need it for a couple years at least. The trailer will get very little wear and tear and not travel. Will maintain and care for it, absolutely. No children, dogs or other distractions, just need a place to sleep from time to time. willing to provide a large deposit for the right person and trailer/RV. I have attached a pic of the land where I will build and owner is welcome to visit any time!
