Has anyone had any positive, or negative, dealings with Harvest Host? Link to: Harvest Host We looked into it, and it seems very positive, but is there a catch? Is there a down side?
What have folks done to extend battery life when off road for three days to keep food cold in the fridge.

I am looking for a 7 way flat pin tester for the trailer cord. I have one that tests the tow vehicle's receptacle. I need one to test the female connector off the trailer.

Planning a new electrical system for a Peak Mtn Camp trailer w 18' of interior living space so weight is not a primary limiting factor. I'd like to know what your thoughts on choosing btwn lead acid(6v) and Li. We almost never have 100v available at a camp site. I think 400 Ah useable would be adequate to get the job done w some spare capacity, but perhaps 500Ah useable would insure no issues. I'll have a 3000w inverter, lots of solar and a DC-DC charger as part of the system. My...
I have the water pump taken from the Dutchstar. I think I repaired it but would like to test it. What is best way to do that?
Thread 'Kerosene in Chinese Diesel Heater?'
Good Morning.. Yes, the time has come for me to fill the tank on my Diesel Heater and test it. This will be my first fill. I installed a stainless tank on the outside of my trailer (photo below). Living in Southern California I don't have to worry about the extreme cold or the diesel jelling or waxing.. but what if we traveled through a colder climate, having the exposed tank, would kerosene be a better option? This also leads to another question.. Does the Heater fuel pump (internal...

Hi folks, In my research about travel trailers (thinking about getting one for the first time), I came across some information that suggests tankless water heaters don't work (well) in elevation over 4500ft. I live in Texas and my main destination if/when I get a trailer is Colorado, where elevation is often 5k-10k ft. It seems that most manufacturers are making TT with tankless water heaters for the past 5 years (Grand Design, Alliance). What are the options then? Are there still...
I have a 2013 Sunnybrook Raven. There is an intermittent issue with marker and tun signal lights When the right turn is enabled, all lights flash. When the left is enabled, none of them flash. The wiring is apparently inside the walls, not in the underbelly so I can't figure the cause. This happens almost all the time but will sometimes work properly. An ideas are greatly appreciated.
This is another LIz Amazing video, so yeah, let's just skip past her annoying parts and listen to the customer story. I set this video to start when the Tiffin owner starts talking to save you from the drama queen part.
For many years I’ve just been reading about pump failures others have had on their Oasis units. Sure I carry quite a few spare parts but not a pump for the Oasis. Our coach is now 11 years old and we have owned it for 6 years of that time. For its first 5 years it was used 6 months of the year by a couple when they wintered in Florida. We full timed in it for 3 years and part time use for the other 3 years. Despite all that use, the pumps are the originals. This last short trip I heard the...
Where exactly would the cat owners place the cat's litterbox inside their RV/motorhome?
Would appreciate any recommendation for the quickest route between Texarkana and Houston; Going thru I30 and I45 seems like a long way.. another option looks like I30 then Rt 19 to connect to I45. Not sure how well Rt 19 is, is it a 2Ln hyw? Another option maybe US59. Many years ago tried the back roads in E. Texas and that took for ever.. would appreciate suggestions from those familiar with the roads and traffic.. thank you.

Thread 'Need ideas for running 2 Group 27 Batteries on TT'
Hello, First time posting here. I recently bought a Winnebago 2326rk. It came with one Group 27 Battery. I want to run dual batteries; however, two group 27 batteries will not fit in the tray between the tongue. Has anyone found any mounts or trays that will allow me to run the 2 bigger batteries? I would hate to have to buy 2 group 24 batteries and waste the 27 Pic is dealer photo, battery actually sits sideways in the tray.
