Ok guys with ceramic coating. What do you use to wash you coach with? Foam gun, which one? Chemical, which one? I read somewhere to not use a pressure washer so I guess its a garden hose attachment with a bottle for soap? Thanks for any experience recommendations.
Has anyone had contact with King? I have trying to contact them regarding my King One Pro antenna. Phone message says they are closed. Left a voicemail and no returned call. Called again and voicemail is full. Tried leaving an email with with no reply yet. I’m thinking they are out of business.
Will be heading south from Thackerville OK to Horseshoe Ridge in Wimberly, TX in a couple of days. Route takes me straight through Ft Worth on I35 W. Have read a ton of horror stories about this route and many plan to totally avoid it. Has anyone been this way lately? Would you plan around Ft Worth, or just grit your teeth and go straight through?
I really don't want to hear my water pump. I have the REMCO AquaJet RV 5 GPM 12V pump. It works fine but it's an interesting sounding pump at times. I considered replacing it, maybe it's something with this one, or even going back to the 3 GPM version I have as a spare under my bed. It uses rubber shock dampening grommets which seem nice on this water pump. But the sound is just odd. I researched quiet water pumps and the reviews are mixed both on the lifespan of the pump but also noise...
Hi, I'm new to these forums and this is my first post here. I recently bought a 23' Komfort (manufactured by Thor, I believe...) bumper tow trailer. I went out to where it is currently stored a couple days ago to run power to the trailer and charge the batteries. I notice in the front of the trailer there is a constant humming sound like a water pump (maybe?) is running constantly. I can't find any switches to control the water pump or any kind of a distribution panel. I unplugged the...
Back to debating to install some solar panels or not. Do I really need solar installed?? We are in Nappanee and speaking with SES regarding a solar install. Pricing is reasonable. We typically travel camp ground to campground. The only real benefit is to keep house battery topped up while traveling, Issue is that if the house battery get low when traveling when we plug in the charger will take most available post power until the Lipo batteries are charged. No AC or cooking etc...

I have a new to me camper that I'm trying to plug in for the first time. The surge protector I ordered didn't match up to the cord that came with the camper. Since I'm using a 30amp to 15amp adapter to plug into my garage and only intend to run the AC on low, would this be safe to plug in? I have the breakers off to everything but the AC. 👀 Thanks! Anxious 1st-time owner
For those that use RV Trip Wizard and have a class A big rig, do you use the Big Rig Access filter? I typically do but wonder if it's filtering out viable campgrounds I should be searching?

My onan 5500 gen has shutdown twice while driving once on the freeway and once while driving roads at 45-50 mph both times with the 36 code. It has never stopped while sitting still, I did some research online and read about having to much oil and also getting to hot and having fuel issues "vapor lock/fuel pump/fuel filter" Both times this has happened it was over 100* here in town. Today I pulled out a little oil still showing almost halfway between full and add and brought it to my house...
2017 Newmar Ventana. At times I've had the yellow light come on which is typically resolved by some tank cleaning, cascade, etc. Coach has been in storage for longer than I care to think about or share but yesterday I brought it home and prepping for departure tomorrow for a few weeks out. Front tank display shows 1/3rd on black tank level, gravity toilet flushes with no issues or tank sensor blocks. I put some cleaner and water in that will slosh around for tomorrow's travel day and we'll...
Like the title states. Compressor kicks on for about 20 seconds then kicks off for a minute then restarts over and over. Voltage is good to the trailer and replaced the capacitor. After about 5 or 6 cycles it stays on. Seems to be getting worse as time goes on. It’s a domestic unit not sure which one
Fresh back from Talking Rock RV Park, my RV Starlink decided it was time to retire. I opened a support ticket. Days passed. Nothing. I followed up. More days. still nothing. Another follow-up. At this point, I was basically arguing with myself on their help portal. Finally, I snapped and escorted the useless space-age Frisbee to the dumpster, where it was quickly swallowed by an RV park’s worth of Labor Day leftovers. Before sealing its digital fate, I updated my support ticket one last...
I'm trying to find a good trip planner. RV Parky doesn't seem to be up to date. Most of the newest reviews are two and three years old. Are you using one you like?
I thought we would be leaving closer to winter but it turns out we sold our house quick enough that we will be leaving on the 26th of Sept. I would like to go South to Interstate 10 and would like to know if there is a route to get there without going through the big cities in California. I'll be driving a 28 ft class c.

Two weeks at Sea and Sand RV Park near Depoe Bay with family and friends. Our annual trip. It was hard to leave but we headed for the Washington Cascades making our way home. The weather on the coast was a nice cool 70 degrees as the rest of the PNW suffered through a heat wave. Perfect timing. Look, brother's Newmar and our Tiffin playing nice together in front of the waves! Already booked next year.

Oliver completes our 3 Cs....Camping, Coffee, and Corgis.
Hopefully someone can tell me if this will work. I purchased the standard kit. I plan on installing it at my home and getting rid of dish. When we travel in our rv I would remove it and set it up at our boondocking sites. I will purchase the home service plan so the ability to pause service will not be an issue. Is this going to work for me? Thank you for your support.

A snow fed lake with crystal clear water is about 3 hours away, so off we went. GREAT big spots, water and electricity at a state campground, no sewer, but I took my tug and that was an easy pull from my hitch pulled tug to the dump station to get rid of the gray water. It was hot, so the cold water felt great. We took out Vibe kayaks with us, even tho mine at 12 feet is getting a wee bit much for me to load onto my truck rack, but the inner tubes proved a great way to cool off, as seen with...
I have a 2017 Roadtrek Adventurous CS, with Ecotrek. I just installed the Victron Multiplus 2. Does anyone know what values I need to change when I configure it?
