RV Model
London Aire 4595 FL SL605
RV Length
45
Chassis
FL
Engine
Cummins
TOW/TOAD
Jeep Wrangler
not sure how this applies to the other models
These prices are for a 43 foot model
The Onyx package is black wheels lower trim, mirrors and badging

For 2025 the Dutch Star for California is only available on a Freightliner, the cost for the California emissions FL chassis comes with a $12,600 charge
And an additional $14,995 for the Onyx package

Outside of California, non CA emissions FL chassis is NC plus $14,995 if you want the Onyx package

There is not a California emissions Spartan chassis

If you are not in CA and want a Spartan the cost is $15,400
If you add the Onyx package to the non CA Spartan add an additional $14,995

This is right off an order form

Isn’t there a new tax on 450 HP and up in CA? I wonder if Newmar pays this or the customer on top of all else?

Is the King Aire on FL or no more KA’s for CA?

can you share that order sheet via PDF?

Not a tax but an upcharge for California Emissions Certification $12,600 for the FL that is certified for CA
London Aire is now standard on a FL, Spartan is optional and I’m sure there will be a 605 chassis that meets CA Cert for $$$

As of now Spartan doesn’t have a horse in the game for California
If they did it would be $30k plus in CA
CA Certification + Spartan option charge
Add black wheels and you over $45K

those are still cropped images and not the complete sheet.. no worries.. just thought you had it handy that would show the entire sheet..

How would anyone like to open a luxury MH dealer in California?

I agree Neal on Entegra, although they didn’t have an upcharge for Spartan on CS

It looks like the way they did it in California is the charge stays with the MH
Example in Theory:
You live in California and Travel to Las Vegas to order your new 2025 DS, the price includes the $12,600 California Emissions chassis. In the 5 months waiting to build you change your mind and the Vegas dealer now has a CA certified chassis including the $12,600 charge.
I’m in the market and live outside CA in AZ. The only way I can purchase that DS is to pay the $12,600 that I as a AZ resident get no value and possibly additional emission controls/ less performance.

Second scenario: I’m a large RV dealer in Orange County that sells Newmar, it’s the type of operation that has many units in stock for immediate delivery (you know the type). Maybe this dealer in the past has attracted buyers from not so far AZ, for example let’s just say 2 units a month average. Does he take a chance and order non-California Emission units for inventory with the hopes he can sell them?
