Welcome to RVforums from Ely, Iowa. We have an older Coachman Encore and had issues with the windows due to a storm and fogging of one window. I went to my regular auto glass shop and working with them and Forest River we were able to get new windows from the original manufacturer. Look at your windows there is either an etching or label indicating the brand. In my case they are Hehr. Hehr does have website

I looked all over at all the windows, no mfg stickers anywhere. Have emailed Forest River, waiting on response.
